Raymond E. Moore manages the day to day operations of the firm. Ray’s areas of practice include taxation compliance and controversy, estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), probate administration, business and tax exempt entities, real estate transactions and civil litigation. Ray is a licensed Attorney at Law and Certified Public Accountant in the state of Missouri.
Prior to starting the firm, Ray worked for Kenneth R. Hoag, CPA from 1983 to 1984 and for the then Big Eight accounting firm Deloitte and Touche from 1984 to 1986.
Ray earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a juris doctorate from Ohio Northern University and completed post graduate studies at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
In addition, Ray received his licensed scuba dive instructor certificate in 1999 from the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI) and has owned Lonnie’s Tire Service, Inc. (an independent Cooper Tire dealership) since 1999.
Ray and his wife Patti have two sons and reside in Independence, Missouri.
